Hermod Lannung is one of the most famous Danish politician who contributed to development of Danish-Russian relations. Last year has marked hundred years after his first visit to Russia.
In 1917 Hermod arrived to Petrograd to work at the Danish diplomatic representation office and witnessed political changes in the country during World War I and October Revolution. He wrote about these years in his memoir, entitled “My Russian Youth”.
The exhibition presents Hermod’s life, career and, of course, “bridge-building” between two countries.
